Privacy Policy for Miranda
Last updated 11 September 2026
Miranda is a single-player arcade game for Android, published by Savanna KE Technologies. The game itself does not ask who you are. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics of our own, and nothing you do in the game is sent to us. The game does show advertising, and the advertising provider collects some data. This policy explains both halves plainly.
What stays on your device
Your progress is saved in the app's own storage on your phone and never leaves it. That covers your best score, your longest snake, how many runs you have played, your medals, your daily-challenge streak, which skins you have unlocked, and your settings such as sound and vibration.
We cannot read any of it. Uninstalling the app deletes it, and clearing the app's storage in Android settings deletes it too.
What the advertising provider collects
Miranda shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To choose and measure ads, and to detect fraud, Google's advertising software collects information from your device. Google is an independent controller of that data, not merely our processor.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Advertising ID, a resettable identifier Android provides | Choosing ads, limiting how often the same ad is shown, measuring performance |
| Device and app information, such as model, operating system version and app version | Delivering an ad that fits the screen, and diagnosing faults |
| Approximate location, derived from the IP address rather than GPS | Serving ads relevant to a country or region, and applying local privacy law |
| Ad interaction, such as whether an ad was shown, viewed or tapped | Measuring and paying for advertising |
Google's own explanation of this is in Google's privacy and terms for business, and the types it may collect are listed in AdMob's data disclosure guidance.
Your choices
- Consent, in Europe and the UK. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks before personalised ads are used. You can change that answer at any time: open Settings in the game and choose Ad privacy options.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. Android lets you reset it, or delete it entirely, under Settings, Privacy, Ads. Deleting it stops apps receiving a personalised identifier.
- Opt out of personalised ads. The same Android settings screen has a switch for this. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised.
- Delete everything the game holds. Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android settings. Since your progress is only on your device, that is a complete deletion.
Children
Miranda is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Ad content is limited to a general-audience rating. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please write to us and we will look into it.
Permissions
The app requests internet access, to load ads, and the advertising ID permission
(com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID), which the advertising SDK requires.
It asks for no camera, microphone, contacts, files, or precise location access.
Data retention
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on request. Data collected by Google's advertising software is retained according to Google's privacy policy.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears at this same address with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
